Very good and secure

I got this about two weeks ago for the new condo I just purchased. I've been putting off the installation because I thought it was going too be long and drawn out. It turns out, it only took me about 10 minutes to install! All you really need is a level and a power driver with a Phillips medium bit. The unit is awesome.1) Strength. The steel is heavy gauge, much heavier than I thought it would be. Just touching it is intimidating!2) Mount. I mounted mine on the wall where the other condominium mail boxes are mounted. The mounting system is not only theft resistant, but also incredibly simple to install.3) Weather Resistant. Although the place where I mount my unit is covered by a roof, I can easily tell that the unit is weather proof for those that are mounted in the open.4) Secure Mail Door. The door and mail opening is made in such a way that a thief couldn't manipulate their hand and wrist enough to get it through the mail opening and reach down to the bottom of the box and grab your mail. However, its also easy for the post man to open the mail slot door and put drop the mail inside.5) Locking Door for Mail Retrieval. The mail door below is also made of heavy gauge steel with a very secure lock and key mechanism. All your mail is there waiting for you when you get home!6) Finish. The finish is a heavy black powder coat that not only is attractive but durable.7) Design. The unit is also attractive. It doesn't just look like a lock box mounted on a wall, like so many other cheaper designs.I am the first of 48 condo units to purchase this secure mail box. I'm sure my neighbors will be asking me where they can purchase theirs! This is a great alternative to mail box stores who charge exorbitant monthly fees for a secure mail box. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase in every way.*** Update 05/18/2013 ***I've been using this now for two weeks, and its still incredibly awesome! I have no regrets!
